An attractive air conditioned
first floor apartment with a large roof top solarium overlooking a communal
pool, attractive gardens, and play area. The solarium has views of the Sierra
Espuña Mountains and surrounding countryside. The open plan living area is well
furnished with a three seated sofa and big chair, 24' TV, HIFI, radio, DVD
player, dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4
ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing
machine, cutlery, etc. One single bedroom and one double bedroom. Also there is a safe,
hair-dryer, ironing board, iron. Outside there is a table and two chairs, and
upstairs there is a 2 meter table, some chairs with a parasol, 2 sun beds and
barbecue.
The apartment is great for
either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all
resort facilities, restaurants, supermarket, sports zone: paddle, tennis,
basketball, football courts….
The beaches of the Costa
Calida, the Sierra Espuna Natural Park are within a 20 minutes drive.
Recommended “La Azohía” beach, 25 Km.
Transport Connections: Condado
de Alhama is about 40 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier airport, 1 hour from
Alicante airport. In march 2013 the new airport at Corvera is due to open, and
will be about 30 minutes drive away.
The nearest
railway station is
Alhama de Murcia about 15 minutes drive from the resort.
There is currently no bus
service so use of a car is advantageous, although there is a local taxi service
available on the resort.
Tourist attractions: The beach
resorts of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo are within 20 minutes drive as is
the Sierra Espuna national park where you can Quad Bike, Mountain Bike, Hill
Walk, Canoe from the Hotel Mariposa.
Nearby there are facilities
for Go Karting, Horse Riding, Boat Rides, and Sea Fishing.
The cities of Murcia and
Cartagena with their historical sights / buildings and shops are within about
30 minutes drive.
The proposed site for the
Paramount Murcia theme park is only 5 kms from the resort. Building is due to
start in the next few months with the opening by 2015.
The Condado Club
Sports
Centre: The Condado Club opened in October 2011 and is a welcome addition to
the resort as the facilities had been unused for some time.There is a bar that serves
drinks, tapas, and bar meals, community room, and children’s room with
amusements including a pool table.It has sports facilities
including tennis, paddle, basketball & football courts.
There is also The Clover bar
in the “Al kasar” town center which also sells bar snacks, a Bulgarian
restaurant, two Spanish restaurants, one American restaurant and one Italian too.
They also look after the day to day running of the adjacent football pitches on
behalf of the community.

Condado de Alhama boasts a
challenging Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course opened in Dec 2009 the course
has held several tournaments for professional golfers. There are numerous
swimming pools on the resort which may be used by all staying at the resort.
The apartment is close to all facilities, bars, restaurants, supermarket, golf,
the Condado Club where tennis, squash etc are available. The resort is a gated
community with on site security creating a safe environment for all. It is
about 20 minutes drive to the beaches of the Costa Calida at Puerto de Mazarron
and Bolnuevo. Also nearby is the Sierra Espuna Natural Park where you can go
walking, mountain biking, quad biking etc... Close by there is also goat-karting.
Near Murcia there is the Aqua Natura waterpark and Terra Natura wildlife park
both located on the same site. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are within
easy driving distance for sightseeing and shopping excursions.

Golf: The 18 hole par 72 6918m
course at Condado de Alhama is a Jack Nicklaus Signature course personally
designed by him. It is designed as a challenging championship course with

Notes: The apartment has

Visitors are requested not to
smoke in the apartment, but are free to do so on the balcony or
solarium. In the Al Kasar town center there is currently a supermarket, The
Clover bar, Bulgarian, Spanish, Italian and American restaurant, golf course
booking office and shop, estate agents, Community and Council offices. Shortly
there will also be an ice cream bar/ cafe, and a Spanish bar. the community
